LoveBomb Terms of Service

Effective: October 15, 2025

Welcome to the LoveBomb mobile application ("LoveBomb", the "App"), provided by Limitless Being LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, its content, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE. IF YOU ARE BETWEEN 13 AND 18, YOU MAY ONLY USE THE SERVICE WITH THE CONSENT AND SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. An account associated with your device or email may be created automatically when you complete onboarding. You are responsible for safeguarding access to the Service on your device, maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication credentials that may be issued, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when prompted by the Service and to update such information as necessary so that it remains accurate.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your individual, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • access or attempt to access the Service using automated means or through interfaces other than those we provide; or
  • damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other user's use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.

4. Wellness and Safety Notice

The Service is designed to provide self-guided wellness support and educational resources. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL THERAPY, MEDICAL CARE, OR LEGAL ADVICE. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide emergency services. You should consult a licensed or qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances, and you should never delay seeking professional help based on information you obtain through the Service. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, call your local emergency number or a crisis hotline immediately.

5. Automated Features and Informational Content

Certain portions of the Service may generate content automatically in response to your inputs. Any guidance, prompts, notifications, or other outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information provided by the Service and for any actions you take in reliance on such information.

6. User Content and Data

You may submit, upload, or record text, audio, or other materials (collectively, "User Content") when using the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use the User Content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service. This includes providing core functionality, preventing fraud or abuse, troubleshooting issues, and producing aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not reveal your identity.

We do not sell or share your personal journals, recordings, or other identifiable User Content for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Access to User Content is restricted to personnel and service providers who require it to support the Service and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for creating backups of your User Content where feasible.

7. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices set out in that policy.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain portions of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and included benefits will be disclosed before you complete a purchase. Purchases made through app stores are processed by the respective store and are subject to its terms and refund policies. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable and subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled through the app store settings prior to the renewal date.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature or content, without liability. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by Limitless Being LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • harass, threaten, or harm any person;
  • share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; or
  • engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper working of the Service.

We may remove content or suspend access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful.

12. Data Access and Deletion

Subject to applicable law and our technical capabilities, you may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account may permanently remove associated data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and compliance.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESS BEING LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Limitless Being LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or contain links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms and policies.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
