Limitless Being LLC ("Limitless Being", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the LoveBomb mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings described in the Terms.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three primary ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and from third parties that support the Service.

- Recorded Entries: You may submit text, audio, or other materials within the Service. These entries can include journal notes, reflections, or other personal observations you choose to capture. Providing this information is voluntary, but some functionality may rely on it.
- Feedback and Support: When you request assistance, respond to surveys, or provide feedback, we collect the information you share.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device identifiers, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone;
- Usage information such as screens viewed, feature interactions, dates and times of sessions, and in-app purchase activity;
- Diagnostic information like crash logs, performance data, and error reports; and
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address to help us understand geographic usage patterns. We do not collect precise GPS location without your consent.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from authentication providers, analytics tools, payment processors, or other service partners that assist us in operating the Service. These partners may provide identifiers or usage metrics that help us prevent fraud, measure engagement, or process transactions.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service;
- Facilitate account creation, onboarding, and secure authentication;
- Sync your entries and preferences across devices;

We may generate aggregated or de-identified data derived from personal information. Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you and may be used to understand overall usage patterns, improve content, or support research related to relationship recovery and emotional wellness.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share or disclose information only in the following situations:
- Service Providers: We engage trusted third parties to provide hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, payment processing, security, and other services necessary to operate LoveBomb. These providers access information only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

- With Your Consent: We may disclose information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
We do not share personal journal entries or other sensitive content with third parties for advertising or promotional purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except to the extent retention is necessary for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect. We encourage you to help protect your information by using strong device passcodes, keeping software updated, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
